Ever heard of the 'Big Green Egg'? It's Gavin's new addition to the team. You may have seen it on the Great British Menu! It's a new innovative BBQ which is also a smoker, an oven and can even bake bread. Maybe we should have it at the next Fete on the Strait. What do you think?

Lincolnshire spring lamb is on the menu, from my village - Ingham. Rhubarb is only making a small appearance due to the late spring and the bad weather we have had. On the a la carte, so take advantage now.
